What to know before you start.
Do we need clean data before starting?
Not necessarily. Most companies don’t have perfectly structured data, and that’s completely normal. During the assessment, we identify where your data lives, evaluate its quality, and determine whether it is sufficient for the proposed solution. In many cases, we can work with existing data or recommend simple improvements instead of a large data-cleaning project.
Can you work with our existing ERP, CRM, or document system?
Yes. We design solutions around your existing technology whenever possible. We assess your current ERP, CRM, document management system, or other business applications and determine the best integration approach using APIs, databases, file imports, or other available interfaces. Our goal is to enhance your existing systems—not replace them.
Will our data be used to train public AI models?
No. Your data remains yours. We do not use client data to train public AI models. Every project is designed with appropriate security, privacy, and access controls, and we select AI providers and deployment options based on your business and compliance requirements.
What happens after the assessment?
At the end of the assessment, you’ll receive a clear summary of the opportunities we identified, the expected business impact, implementation complexity, estimated costs, potential risks, and our recommended next steps. You can then decide whether to proceed with implementation—there is no obligation to continue.
Can the assessment conclude that AI is not the right answer?
Absolutely. Our objective is to solve business problems, not force AI into every process. If a workflow can be improved more effectively with automation, software integration, or process changes, we’ll recommend that instead. Sometimes the best solution doesn’t involve AI at all.
